We are all coping with the challenges with COVID-19. Children and adults are feeling the tensions with being on isolation at home and struggling to find their new “normal.” I wanted to share a quick activity that I have been doing with my kids and hopefully, you can do it too. For all my fellow child life colleagues who are supporting pediatric patients on the new infection control restrictions, you can adapt this activity to your setting as well.
Together we can find resilience and hope.
