Hope you are all wearing your green today!
The kids woke up to see the aftermath of a leprechaun birthday party and thought it was hysterical. Gavin wore his green and Blake decided to stay in his batman pjs. I wasn’t even going to encourage him to change after he screamed on the floor for 25 minutes because I wouldn’t give him cookie for breakfast.
He did however eat a bagel, but refused to eat the green one. Instead he took a bite of it and spit it out at me. So lovely.
I have spent the day cooking shepherd’s pie, but I know that my kids will cry for chicken nuggets and mac n cheese. I’m allowed to drink beer all day, right?
